Coconut Grove Restaurant and Wine Lounge


Located  on  the  beach  in the midst of a coconut palmary, the all natural thatch building overlooks the Caribbean Sea, with clear views of St. Kitts, and spectacular sunsets. The bar and lounge area is entirely decorated in a “Bali”  style,  with  lush sofas and a mahogany bar. Food, architecture and décor  all  match  in  their  superb  feel  of comfort and well being.  

The food is artfully prepared by Chef Stephen Smith, a Culinary Institute of America graduate and Registered Dietitian in a fusion of French and Caribbean Cuisine with exotic flavors.

Boasting the only wine cellar on the island, the fine selection of World Class wines are the perfect compliment to your dining experience. 

Karin & Gary Colt are owners of the restaurant. Gary is a master sommelier and personally selected all the wines. A balanced choice of American (California, Oregon, Washington)  European (France, Italy, Spain, Germany, Hungary…), South American (Argentina, Chili) and new World (New Zealand, Australia South Africa) will enchant you as you stroll in the cellar choosing your wine..

Coconut Grove is the only restaurant outside of the Four Seasons Resort where guests may charge their meal to their room.
